* There are no hidden fees in this listing * The Mandatory Cleaning fee is Already Included Within the Charge. - The Building of Signature MGM Requires a Holding Deposit of $300 per suite. This will be asked at the Front Desk during Check-In. This will ONLY be a Hold and will be Immediately Removed upon Check Out. You May Request Additional Cleanings for Extra Charge. Unless the Property is Damaged during your stay, there will be No resort fees or additional charges. * Please note that we strictly adhere to a non-smoking policy at The Signature. Smoking of any kind, including Cannabis, is not permitted within the property. We kindly request that guests who wish to smoke do so in the designated smoking areas outside. Failure to comply may result in a minimum charge of $500 to your credit card if reported by our cleaning company.
