Kai’s place was excellent all around. The location is fantastic—close to the MGM Grand and just a quick 5–10 minute Uber ride to the main Strip, making it super convenient while still being in a quieter area. The property itself was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kai and the team were great hosts—very responsive, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were both easy and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Looking forward to coming back!

Kai was one of the best hosts I have worked with on Airbnb. Responsive and great to communicate with. The place was nice and I have always liked staying at the signature mgm because of the benefits of valet parking, the pools, being close to the monorail, the staff is always great, and this room also had a balcony, jetted tub, and no carpet! It was nicely appointed with an espresso machine and clean and fresh. The bed was on the firmer side and the kitchen had what you needed for small meals in the room. I will defiantly book this room again! Thank you Kai!

This room is so cozy and stylish. I LOVED the record player, I listened to frank Sinatra all morning. There's a cool light for extra ambiance, a real poker table, dice and chip set, and huge bathroom. Its right next to the elevator and ice machine and has a great view! I can't wait to return.

We go to Vegas at least once a year for the last 20 years. Always stayed at casinos (on strip on off), This place beats them all. Easy walk to strip and local casinos. This will be our new place to stay going forward. Kai is very responsive and made everything easy. Beautiful place as you can see in the pictures.

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse suite at the MGM Signature. The space was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The views from the suite were incredible, especially at night with the Las Vegas skyline lit up. The unit felt very private and luxurious. Host is very responsive.

This is a fantastic place to stay, great location and very responsive host! We were a group of three adults and two children in town for an athletic tournament and some shows! A few minor issues…one of the mini refrigerators didn’t cool (we just shared the one in the second room) and we had great difficulty entering the room one night due to the battery being out on the door (not the hosts fault) but security was very nice and fixed it right away. Host was kind and apologized and left us a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience :) Place was clean and had all the little toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer) which was greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic and easy to get anywhere we needed. A bonus is that the monorail stops at the very nearby MGM food court and shopping district. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we had a fantastic time! Thank you :)

Our stay was a great experience, largely because of our wonderful host, Kai. From the very beginning, communication was excellent—quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Kai went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and that we felt comfortable during our stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and take pride in being a thoughtful and attentive host. We really appreciated the kindness and hospitality and would gladly stay with them again.

Kai’s place is a great place to stay in Vegas. Close enough to the strip but far enough to get rest. It’s less than 10min from the airport and Kai is a great host. Very helpful. Thanks for a great business trip!
