Unless the Property is Damaged during your stay, there will be No resort fees or additional charges. * Please note that we strictly adhere to a non-smoking policy at The Signature. Smoking of any kind, including Cannabis, is not permitted within the property. We kindly request that guests who wish to smoke do so in the designated smoking areas outside.
